Returns & Exchanges

At Edgewater Avenue, we want you to love your handmade pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the protective liner intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene liners are in place to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
